Darrell Johnson

Chief Executive Officer, Founder

Darrell has a proven track record of creating and delivering innovative data solutions that have improved healthcare outcomes. 

At Medtronic, Darrell’s visionary leadership helped create the world’s largest cardiac remote monitoring system of over 1.5 million patients.  As the corporate data strategist, he worked with the FDA leveraging real-world data to expedite clinical trial timelines and validate outcomes with real-world evidence.  

As Cerner’s first Chief Marketing Officer, he was instrumental in leveraging longitudinal clinical data to innovate solutions that measured value-based outcomes.  

Most recently, Darrell served as the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer for a large healthcare operations software company.  He was recruited to develop and execute a disruptive platform strategy to connect disparate operations databases.  The derived insights will significantly improve safety and financial outcomes for global health systems.   

Darrell holds a BA degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

John LaLonde

Chief Technology Officer, Lead Founder

John has been at the forefront in technology innovation in medical devices and healthcare IT spanning more three decades. He has led multiple first-of-its-kind product development programs and collaborated with some of the leading physicians and research scientists around the world.

John has held senior executive R&D leadership positions at Medtronic, Boston Scientific and GE Healthcare in a diverse range of technology from implantable neurostimulators, remote cardiac device monitoring, Radiology PACS and high acuity patient monitoring systems.

As Chief Technology Office at SPOK, John led the technical strategy and development of a cloud native AWS platform for high acuity clinical communications and workflow automation which was deployed in the US, Canada and Australia.

John received a BA degree in Physics from the University of Minnesota and a MS degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

John holds 15 patents in medical devices and clinical information technology.

Mark Walinske

Board of Directors, Chairman

Mark has over 40 years of experience in early-stage innovation, with half of that time dedicated to the healthcare sector. He specializes in advancing organizations and technologies that address rising healthcare costs and drive data-driven innovation.

With deep expertise in software-based businesses, including AI and IoT models, Mark has successfully navigated both global and domestic markets, working with Fortune 50 companies like UnitedHealth and Emerson.

He has also led and advised numerous startups through growth and M&A phases. Throughout his career, Mark has served as CEO, Board Chair and Member, consultant, mentor, and social entrepreneur. His passion for tackling complex healthcare challenges is complemented by his personal interests in fly fishing, sailing, and traveling.
